Ayurveda
it is a way of living in relationship with nature, the body, and the rhythms that guide us to balance. Rooted in Vedic wisdom, Ayurveda teaches that wellness is personal, cyclical, and deeply intuitive. Each of us carries a unique expression of the three doshas within our bodies. Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, which influence how we move through life, how we feel, how we digest, and even our tendencies towards dis-ease. When the doshas are supported, we experience clarity, vitality, and ease. When they are out of balance, we can feel sluggish, experience impaired digestion, and irritability. Crafted to support subtle shifts, our offerings invite you back into harmony with your natural rhythm.
VATA
Vata is the energy of movement and is associated with air and ether. It governs everything related to motion in the body, including breathing, circulation, nerve impulses, and creativity. When balanced, Vata types are imaginative, energetic, and adaptable. When out of balance, Vata can manifest as anxiety, restlessness, dryness, fatigue, or difficulty sleeping. Grounding routines, warmth, nourishment, and consistency help bring Vata back into balance.
PITTA
Pitta is the energy of transformation and is linked to fire and water. It controls digestion, metabolism, body temperature, and mental clarity. Balanced Pitta expresses itself as focus, confidence, intelligence, and strong leadership. When aggravated, Pitta may show up as irritability, inflammation, overheating, digestive discomfort, or burnout. Cooling practices, moderation, and calming rituals help soothe excess Pitta and restore equilibrium.
KAPHA
Kapha is the energy of structure and stability, associated with earth and water. It governs physical strength, immunity, lubrication of joints, and emotional steadiness. In balance, Kapha types are grounded, compassionate, patient, and resilient. When imbalanced, Kapha can lead to sluggishness, congestion, weight gain, or resistance to change. Stimulation, movement, warmth, and variety help activate Kapha and support balance.
